Does Component Dynamics have a Counterfeit Prevention Policy?

Component Dynamics potential and active suppliers are evaluated for risk of receiving counterfeit parts using comprehensive internal procedures to ensure Counterfeit risks are mitigated and minimized. Outside sources such as GIDEP, ERAI and customer referrals shall be used in the source consideration as well (Using AS5553 as a guide). Internal verifications are completed by reviewing packaging, the physical product (including product markings) and associated documentation for signs of potential counterfeit material. What is Component Dynamics inspection procedure?

Prior to shipment all products must pass a rigorous multistage quality inspection process aimed at counterfeit avoidance including detailed visual inspection, microscopic analysis, product specification comparison, surface contamination inspection, and x-ray bond wire analysis in accordance with our ISO 9001, AS9120, ESD S2020, and ISO 14001 certified Quality Management System.

When will my order ship?

Stocked items ship same day upon receipt of payment and/or approval of credit terms. Subject to cut-off at 2:30 pm EST. All products quoted as available with lead-time will ship subject to transit-time from their respective location as per terms of quotation.

Component Dynamics warrants that the fit, form and function of all products will conform to the specifications of its customer’s purchase order for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
